Return instructions

Please pack the product carefully before return as it was when you arrived, as the product will be damaged or lost in connection with the return, the customer is responsible for the product or the Transport Company responsible for the transport.

If you are unsure about the return, please contact us and we will advise you on the return.

The time for return is 14 days from the time of receipt of the product, this is accurate e.g. because the use of the return code expires at the ATMs after 14 days from when the product is registered as received and you can no longer return the product.

You can return the order to the post machines with the return code found on the package's address card or to the post office under the contract number xxx xxx.

Also, for safety reasons, always write the return address and our telephone number on the package.

Alternatively, you can ask the postman to print an address card based on the contract code that will be glued to the package.

The product should be returned in good condition and preferably in its original packaging but we understand that the packaging materials may break when opened so the most important thing is that the product is carefully packaged and unused and in good condition for sale otherwise we cannot accept return.

Be sure to include your contact information so we can be sure to direct the return to the right customer.

If you want to return a product to be returned as freight, the dimensions of which exceed the dimensions of the product to be returned as a postal package (Customer return package maximum dimensions 300x120x60cm, max 35kg - return cost 7.90 € deducted from the total price of returned products) or arrange pickup.

When the products are returned to our warehouse, we check their condition and make a refund to Klarna. The money will be returned immediately, however, no later than 14 working days after the product arrives in our warehouse. We will refund the price of the products as well as the original delivery cost *. (If only part of the products is returned from the order, the delivery cost will not be refunded. * = Delivery cost will not be refunded for the additional freight collection service.)

Return of products returned by post

  • Return fee when the product is picked up from the yard 49 €
  • Return fee when the product is picked up from the apartment inside 89 €
  • Customer service orders pick-up from Posti and they agree with the customer on a more specific pick-up time.

If the product has lost its sales value, the customer is obliged to compensate for the difference between the product's selling price and impairment. In this case, we will refund the price paid for the product and its original delivery cost less the above-mentioned impairment and return costs. Impairment of the product is treated on a case-by-case basis.
